A copy of this finalized order form will be emailed to the email you provide above as soon as you submit. You must print that email and place a copy of the order form inside the box with your putter. It is how the bench matches your club to your build sheet — putters that arrive without the order form sit unidentified and cannot be started until we confirm ownership and scope, which delays your build.

How to ship your putter

  1. Wrap the head in bubble wrap or a soft cloth and tape it so it cannot rattle against the shaft.
  2. Use a rigid cardboard box with 1–2 inches of padding on all sides.
  3. Include your printed order form inside the box — loose on top of the packaging, not taped to the club.
  4. Ship the complete putter (head, shaft and grip) unless we tell you otherwise.
  5. Insure the package for its replacement value and keep your tracking number.
